The sewage treatment project is a supporting project of the disposal center. The sewage facilities are planned uniformly for the phase I and phase II projects to realize comprehensive sewage treatment and reclaimed water recycling. The domestic sewage is treated in the septic tank and then connected to the urban sewage pipe network for further treatment. The high salt wastewater in the incineration workshop is evaporated and desalted separately and directly reused in the process unit.
The designed treatment capacity of the sewage treatment station is 150t / d. according to the overall design principle of "Classified Collection + quality pretreatment + comprehensive pretreatment + biochemical treatment + deep double membrane treatment + reclaimed water reuse", the effluent quality of the system meets the washing water standard in Table 1 of the quality of industrial water for urban sewage recycling (GB / t19923-2005), and the reuse rate of industrial water in the whole plant can be 100%, Zero discharge of production wastewater.
