The maximum volume of liquid for each oral exposure depends on the size of experimental animals. The liquid dose to rodents is generally 1 ~ 2ml / 100g. The oral dose of each dose group was the same by adjusting the concentration of the test solution.
(2) Laboratory animals and feeding environment.
Choose healthy adult mice or rats, or other sensitive animals The weight of the small piece is 18 ~ 22G, and the rat ~220go animal should be made in the environment of the experimental animal room for at least 3 days before the test The number of heads, the temperature and relative of the animal room meet the national standards for metrological certification of animal room.
