1. Daily maintenance items and contents
(1) The lubricating oil or grease in the bearing shall be supplemented in time to ensure the normal oil level, and the change of oil quality shall be detected regularly and replaced with new oil. (water treatment equipment)
(2) The tightness of packing gland shall be adjusted at any time according to the operation. The packing seal should drip 3060 drops per minute.
(3) The packing shall be replaced in time according to the wear of the packing. When replacing the packing, the interface of each adjacent packing shall be staggered by more than 90, the water seal pipe shall be aligned with the water seal ring, and the opening of the outermost packing shall be downward.
(4) The vibration of the pump shall be monitored. If it exceeds the standard, check whether the fixing bolts and connecting bolts are movable. If it cannot be excluded, it shall be reported immediately.
(5) Check, adjust and replace the valve packing (water treatment equipment) to ensure no water leakage, oil stain and rust.
(6) The external parts of the equipment shall have effective anti-corrosion, clear copper and iron, no corrosion, no oil leakage, no water leakage, no electric leakage and no air leakage (vacuum pipeline).
(7) All parts shall be complete and the equipment nameplate shall be clearly marked.
